As a stakeholder on the former Deben High School site, members of Colneis Division were able to take advantage of the good weather before the hoarding was put up on the 5th July 2021, to take one last video of the site before demolition commenced on 12/07/2021.
With thanks to East Suffolk Council for allowing access and giving permission to fly, and Jan Lawicki for shooting and editing.

It’s the return of our Division’s Family Fun night! After a 2-year hiatus we are looking
forward to bringing this back.
For the entrance fee of just £1.00 everyone can try out: mini coaster roundabout;
inflatable adventure play; inflatable slide; circus skills and face painting.
There will also stalls run by the units including cakes, as well as refreshments, a BBQ and a stall for our Volunteer shop where you can get uniform and Guiding gifts.
Entry fee covers a hotdog/ vegetarian/vegan hotdog.
We ask that parents/guardians come along to this family event, to be responsible for
their daughters in the various activities, as the Leaders will be running the stalls and
activities. The night is also open to siblings and friends. If your daughter isn't on a waiting list for any of our units please register your interest here:
Please bring spending money to help support the local units and have some fun.
As parking is limited on the site, we also ask that you do not try and park on the site and find either alternative methods of transport or places to park, as spaces will be reserved for those running activities and stalls and those who need accessible parking.
Hope to see you all there.
