Colneis Division Centenary HQ is a purpose-built Hall suitable for use for parties, training events and meetings or residential events.
There is a main hall with folding tables and seating for up to 50 people, and more seating can be arranged if required.
The kitchen is fully fitted, with two sinks, a fridge, freezer and cooker and plenty of utensils and cooking equipment, with a serving hatch through to the hall.
The building has three toilets; two self-contained cubicles and an accessible toilet, each with their own sink.
Other features include movement sensory lighting, climate control throughout the building and full accessibility.
There is a well-kept garden to the side of the building, accessible from either the kitchen door, the front door via the path round or the fire escape doors. There is also space for outdoor cooking around the side of the building.
Colneis Division Centenary HQ is located just off the car park of the former Deben High School, with use of the car park for cars by pre-arrangement.
It is easily accessible from all parts of Suffolk and beyond due to excellent transport links. It is a short drive from Junction 60 of the A14, a 10 min walk from the nearby train station, and there is a bus stop just down the road.
The town centre is a 5 min walk away, and Felixstowe Leisure Centre, Pier and seafront only a 15 min walk away. There are several supermarkets within a short driving distance too.
